Hess Digital Learning Product

As Lead Digital Designer at Inc Design, I was responsible for transforming complex global human rights content into an engaging, interactive e-learning experience for Hess. My role focused on creating a clear, visually driven narrative through thoughtful UX design and custom visual systems — from responsive layouts and interaction patterns to branded graphics and illustrations. A centerpiece of the experience was a dynamic 3D globe, designed to visually represent Hess’s global human rights impact and connect learners to real-world contexts. Working closely with developers, I ensured design fidelity from concept through implementation, delivering assets optimized for the platform and elevating the learning experience through impactful, accessible design.
